Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sortifiq is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
